Ms. Brosnan brings over 20 years of public and private sector leadership focused on health and human services. As a senior executive for Nassau County, she oversaw 14 major programs—including Medicaid, SNAP, Housing, Employment, and Children and Family Services—and led key reforms such as juvenile justice diversion and New York State’s first comprehensive adult guardianship program. She previously founded and exited two technology startups, expanded career readiness in higher education, holds a J.D., MBA, and B.S., and is an inaugural volunteer attorney with Legal Services of Long Island’s 17-A Guardianship Project.
