Richard Jacoby, Esq. is a partner at Jacoby & Jacoby with more than 30 years of experience focused primarily on consumer bankruptcy law, representing individuals and families seeking financial relief and a fresh start under the Bankruptcy Code. He earned his Bachelor of Science from American University and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. Throughout his career, Mr. Jacoby has also been committed to community service, volunteering for many years with the Suffolk County Pro Bono Project, including participation in bankruptcy clinics that provide free legal guidance. He lives in Mt. Sinai, New York with his wife, and they have two children.
