Nassau Suffolk Law Services Suffolk housing unit is now able to assist tenants with household incomes up to 80% of the Average Median Income. Suffolk County residential tenants west of 112 who have housing related legal problems (e.g. eviction) can call 631-232-2400 to see if they are eligible for services. Suffolk County residential tenants east of 112 can call 631-369-1112. Apply for Emergency Rental Assistance at https://otda.ny.gov/programs/emergency-rental-assistance. Islip residents can apply at www.islipcda.org.
