January 1, 2020Immigrants and their children may be eligible for a variety of public benefits, depending on their status, length of time in the United States and other criteria.
The Empire Justice Center can assist and represent immigrants who may have been improperly denied benefits and cannot be represented by LSLI due to Legal Services Corporation constraints.
