September 19, 2017Robin Abramowitz, a partner at the firm of Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid PC. (Melville, N.Y), has recently joined the NSLS Board of Directors. Ms. Abramowitz co-chairs her firm’s litigation practice group, as well as its Matrimonial and Bankruptcy practice groups. Ms. Abramowitz has been a loyal NSLS supporter, regularly volunteering in the Suffolk Pro Bono Project’s Bankruptcy Clinic for many years..
Nassau Suffolk Law Services also welcomes new members to its Advisory Council:Jacob S. Ivry, Gale D. Berg, Esq., Bradley R. Siegel, Esq., and Gina Pirozzi.
The NSLS Advisory Council is comprised of community leaders and advocates who volunteer to help develop community awareness and support for NSLS’ vital programs. These individuals work to promote NSLS’ mission and implement development efforts.
Bradley R. Siegel. Esq.Mr. Seigel is a board member of the Jewish National Fund for Lawyers and volunteers in the Volunteer Lawyers Project for Nassau Suffolk Law Services.
Gale Berg, Esq.Ms. Berg has a diversified background in litigation, arbitration, mediation, government relations and education. She is currently the director of pro bono attorney activities for the Nassau County Bar Association (Mineola, N.Y.) and oversees the Mortgage Foreclosure Legal Consultation Clinics.
Gina PirozziMs. Pirozzi is a partner in G. Pirozzi Consulting (Smithtown,N.Y.) She is a pioneer in the field of legal marketing and is the new chair of the Fund Raising/Event Committee
