August 17, 2018This national recognition celebrates the extraordinary achievements of state and local bar associations who develop stellar programs that increase access to civil legal services for persons living in poverty. Scott Karson, Past President of the Suffolk County Bar Association, partner in the firm Lamb & Barnosky LLP, and Vice Chair of the NSLS Board of Directors, accepted the award on August 3, 2018 on behalf of the SCBA at the ABA’s Annual Meeting in Chicago.
