Touro’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic

The Touro Low Income Taxpayer Clinic provides free legal services/ advice to eligible taxpayers who have IRS tax controversy issues and students assist with the cases. If the taxpayer has an IRS issue they can also assist them with their NYS Department of Taxation and Finance matter. They do not prepare tax returns.
